Chest carcase: 16mm solid Pine with 3.8mm pine faced plywood back.
Carcase assembly fittings:Dome head screws, wood dowels, plastic backboard joining strip & panel pins
Chest drawers: 16mm solid pine fronts with dovetail joints, 14mm solid pine sides and backs with 3.8mm pine faced plywood drawer bases
Drawer runners: Solid pine, factory fitted to cabinet sides
Drawer assembly fittings: Dome head screws, wood glue
External finish: Initial base coat of tinted lacquer, fine sanding followed by top coat of tinted lacquer.
Internal finish Components are coated with a tinted sealer and fine sanded
